Could be placebo, but definitely feels faster. If not overall, menus and whatnot definitely snap a lot quicker / animation speed seems to have been increased.

plus you can change video resolution/framerate when you select video from the camera app

Scenes show directly at the top level in Control Center and favorites can actually show more than 9 icons

All smooth so far, but now in CC you get all your "favorite" Home accessories in there and no way to remove them without removing Home from CC completely.. haven't found a way to have it be like iOS13.
