So why if it’s the same unbuild number as dev I’m I getting a FULL update right now than?

Because the additional beta-stuff like the feedback app, extended logging etc. are removed or disabled. That is why the build number differs:
18A373 = the real build number of the code.
18A5373a = beta stuff like logging etc enabled „version“ of the same code build.

Because it's the release version of the B8 build. It's the same build just compiled for release.

This is consistent with every other iOS beta.

It's always a good idea to install the GM because it gets rid of all the extra beta files for testing and feedback, etc.

I don’t get why my download is so effing slow on my wifi today? Gigabit fiber and good router never had this issue before lol. Timer jumps between 1-2 hours for downloading.

Stop I never do clean installs and it’s always fine!! I been doing beta is talked over beta since 2018 now. Zero issues

I start fresh with every major update, very rare I encounter any of the bugs people post about here 🤷🏼‍♂️

yeah because widgets is going to prevent the iphone from really working at all!
