Why apple felt the need to hype that up so much is beyond me. Good to see the investment in equality though.
If we don't see a beta today, I'm speculating that they are probably just going to go final with 14.4 very soon.

but what will they achieve by releasing 14.4 soon? Is there any critical issue currently expected to get resolved in 14.4
14.4 being released after 1 beta that was a E build is not out of the question, but has an extremely low probability of happening.
