Doesn’t look like it. Theoretically it could show up at 4pm EST, but tomorrow is a fairly safe bet.

Most likely. Other possibility is they pushed the wrong version since this went to an 'h' build.

Gone alright! I managed to start the download before it was removed and finished the download while it was gone!

Same here, but I'd wait. There's a reason it was pulled. If it goes back up, boom. We've got it downloaded already. Personally, I prefer updating OTA and use the .ipsw file for restores.
