iOS 14 Release Speculation

I think/hope they will release 14.8 before 15.0!

14.8 should introduce the option of just having security updates with one of those full screen explanation screens.

If 14.8 and 15.0 get released at the same time, some people might accidentally choose the big disruptive upgrade. But if they knew there was a choice, they might have picked the 14.8 line.

So, not really speculation. Just my opinions!

Those that don’t update to 14.8 and have the 15.0 beta profile will get multiple choice in 24 hours lol.

also, can’t believe people bashed me for stating 14.8 would not have a beta.

Wow, it finally came today! Great!

Now, those of you testing it, just let us know how it is battery wise, and if it drops cellular connectivity, WiFi and such.

So when are we going to get 14.8.1? Today Apple released 15.0.2 with a bug fixes AND a security update… I thought Apple was going to give security updates to iOS 14 for awhile..

Could be that the security fixed for 15.0.2 are not applicable to iOS 14.

Apple will release an update when it’s applicable.
