Wow. What is going on there. Hardware issue?
Likely not a high priority, as not affecting the entire user base.
You said the same (or similar) for the previous 3 releases and don’t forget the 1st was was reported back on iOS 14.1. How long do you keep giving them a free pass for? How long should known bugs exist? I genuinely want to know your opinion. I am sick to death of these continued bugs. Minor or not (completely subjective), they should have been fixed by now especially when promised a fix for at least one by Apple themselves (dictation). They have been raised countless times with Apple by many people from here, Reddit etc yet they are still here in all their glory. 2 and 3 were working perfectly in the iOS 15 betas but they managed to royally screw them up in the full release. Still, they cant even manage to fix the storage reporting figures so there is no hope for these ones!
Known bugs can exist for a while, as it's down to prioritisation. The company I work for, we have an in house build app, that we use day in, day out. We have about 500 on a list of prioritisation, with regards to big new things, BAU improvements, bugs, etc. There as some things that have been on the list for 3 years, due to not being a widespread issue and it can be lived with/worked around.
The issues you've listed, are not major issues, and do not affect the entire user base, just a vocal minority. Therefore it's not high up on the list of things to sort. Top of the list, now that SharePlay is sorted, will be Universal Control, along with some other bugs needing fixing, security patching, etc.
Apple have promised fixes for some of the issues, but that's not saying they're high priority, or will be fixed immediately. They've acknowledged there's an issue, and will fix it in due course.
With storage, it seems 15.1 fixed it for a lot, but not everyone, so there's progress there.
The issues you've listed are big to you, as you're seeing them day to day, but again, as I've seen in these threads, many people have told you they're not seeing the issue, and not as many saying they have the issue, and this forum & others like it & Reddit users, are a small dent in the total user base of iOS/iPadOS users.
I'm not saying Apple's golden, am just saying I understand why there are certain bugs that have lasted a few months. They will be fixed, as and when they are next on the priority. Also, could be that some of the issues are being worked on, but by a smaller team, and there's some harder issues in resolving it.
