Custom vibrations seem to no longer work with iOS 15.2. When I went into contacts it didn’t show the custom vibration on the contact card and after setting it again it’s still using the default vibration.

Well there is always 15.2.1-15.8.1 to sort it out. :) Very strange this message exists but no one is getting it. Perhaps its a model specific issue. Oh well probably never use it anyway. Can just copy the created address from the settings if need be.

I saw it or something very similar the first time I selected hide my email in the from box when composing a new email. And as it said I had to associate the proper email address I wanted to use.

Yeah for me, Private Relay and Hide my email are staying off until they come off beta for my phone and MBP - to much trouble than it’s worth right now, but we will get there ??

Just came here to also say the battery life on my 13 Pro is ridiculously good the RC build. 2.5 hours of phone calls today, plus emails, texting and I’m still at 70%+
I guess you guys don’t have a Apple watch & Airtags (+ other findmy stuff) & Homekit accessories? My battery life is bad but was always bad unfortunately.

Has anyone experienced any issues with contacts? I’ve had a few contacts duplicate themselves without me doing a thing. I only noticed whilst looking for a contact yesterday.

Also, I’m seeing some contacts names disappear with just their phone number and iCloud photo showing.

This has happened to contacts I’ve had for years and 1 pretty recent contact.

I saw one contact had been replicated into 4 contacts, all with the same name, phone number, and! iCloud photo. These are two strange bugs that I’ve never encountered before.

This only happens to me if I turn on contacts from other email accounts like yahoo and Gmail.. I turned off add contacts from those services and duplicates went away ..

I have those items and the battery life on my 13PM has been fantastic all throughout the 15.2 betas.

I know how you feel suffering with bad battery life. My 12PM had terrible battery life. I saw lots of people getting good battery life with the 12PM too.

The battery life on my 13PM has been good since I bought the phone at launch, but it genuinely has been fantastic with all of the 15.2 betas and, now with the 15.2 RC. Apple will have to fix a few longer standing issues before I jump on the beta train again when 15.2 RC is release.

As the days go by with RC, instead of stabilizing it seems that it is getting worse. The blocking sound goes with lag, or does not sound at all; sometimes notifications do not sound when they arrive, something that did not happen to me for many betas; the system data has shot up, and I notice in some applications lag when scrolling through them, as it gives microtirons, when it did not happen before. I have reinstalled by ipsw twice already, because the original one did it wrong for some reason, so I will only have the restoration if the compilation that they launch next week is the same as this one.

I have an Apple Watch that I use daily. No AirTags. But AirPods Pro that I use everyday and AirPods Max.

Yeah first time it popped up I went to settings and ONLY one email account was in there to choose from (the AppleID acct). I selected it and got the check mark. But still get this message and there is no other accounts in there to choose from or change to. Anyway thx for the input. Like @Pearsey said, perhaps when its out of beta is the time to start using it.

I have looked for information, and neither Apple nor anyone indicates that this RC2 is exclusive for some specific models, but it looks like it is. I don't have it available on an 11 pro
