Hey, can you try something in 15.3 b2? I’ve experienced an issue, a bug, in previous releases of iOS 15, that wasn’t present in iOS 14.

Select a few days/months old photo from your library. Then transfer it to your Mac via AirDrop, then select that picture and enter on the “get info” menu from Finder and tell me if the date there is today (the transfer date) or the original date when the picture was shot.

In iOS 14 it kept the original date when transferring photos via AirDrop to the mac. In iOS 15 it doesn’t anymore.

Same for Photo Description, but I’m more concerned about the date of the photo.

By the way, I already submitted feedback, but if you encounter the same bug, just report it as well.

This is odd.
I went to try your scenario and, not having done any airdrop to my MBP since beta 2, my MBP can see my 13PM and IPP11 however they cannot see my MBP.

UPDATE:
Played around a bit and found that BT was also blind. Reset BT, rebooted MBP, and POOF!!! AirDrop is now working.

UPDATE2:
I did an AD from my MBP to IPP11 and from IPP11 to MBP. In all cases the correct original date was maintained.
Running 11.4 on the MBP.

How is this beta compared to iOS 15.2? I’ve had little trouble with 15.2 especially battery life wise. 15.2.1 seems to have changed that a little though.

I might jump on the next 15.3 beta. I do miss my beta testing.

Too late, the RC is out.

See this article: Missing Accessibility Features

Things like asking Siri how many voicemails you have, etc...
I feel like these went away as a collateral damage of making Siri process more data on device, which was one of the features Apple touted in WWDC last year. However, I feel like they should've been implemented them back by now, which they haven't. Either they don't intend to get them back or their development team is growing complacent.
