Anybody have any idea what the problem with my Home+Hue might be? I've deleted the home from Hue and the Bridge from the Home app and it always ends up looking like this even after setting up from scratch. Control looks normal in the Hue app.

Im really sorry to say this but once you get your philips hue light bulbs into No Response state there is no way to get them out of that state. I had this same exact issue youre facing now, I also had bridge and bluetooth/wifi bulbs. Once they get into this state no matter how many times you reset your bridge and bulbs they will never work the same way again. I resetted my bulbs and bridge like 500 times, tried to switch between lamps, tried to carry the bulbs to my moms house and try there. Tried to use bluetooth bulbs without bridge but no vail. I even logged into my philips hue account and removed everything there, didnt help. The weird part in all of this is that the bulbs were still lighting up, but they just stopped working in “network”.

I ended up throwing everything in the trash and switched to regular light bulbs, all issues solved.

Is this while on your home network or away?
Both.

That’s not what I want to hear. ?

I can still control everything with Siri/Alexa and the Hue app so I’m not trashing anything but I just bought three new color bulbs so it’s a real shame Apple can’t fix such a terrible bug.

Ok this will sound dumb but bear with me. Have the time settings on your device been changed?

Good to hear that you can still control your bulbs, I couldnt even control my bulbs when I ran into this same issue, even tried 2 different phones (samsung and iphone).

Which device? No matter really as nothing has changed and I’ve always gotten along with using the Hue app but figured I’d give Home a try since I got the HomePods and a few new lights.

That’s too bad. Sorry to hear it.

Whichever iOS device you are using to use the Home App, be it your iPhone or iPad. Sorry, I should have been more clear.

could this possibly have something to do with your router? maybe some settings need to be changed such as VPN. try switching from wired to wireless or vice versa if possible. ipv6 also causes problems with hue bridge.

Wait - what?
I’ve had them go nowhere but reset using the serial number in the Alexa app. I don’t have a bridge in my main house; I use Alexa / Echo instead.
They go tits up 3 times a year. Then back normal.

back to regular topic - this beta has been the worst in a couple years w/r/t battery, apps going nuts, third party issues (see: above Hue lights), and cellular signal.

my reminders app is not syncing. seems to have been since Beta 3. i have an iPhone 12 Pro Max.

icloud.com and my ipad pro are syncing no problem. i made a new reminder on the website and it showed up on the ipad but not the iphone. deleted it from my ipad and it disappeared on the website.

i've tried rebooting my phone and disabling/enabling reminders in icloud. it wiped all my reminders from the phone but it's not seeing the reminders stored in icloud so it's left blank. there's definitely still reminders in the cloud because they are still showing up on my ipad and on the website. i put some new reminders in but they aren't appearing on the ipad/website.

get it sorted apple.
I had the same issue and tried the same steps as you. I finally decided to try logging out of iCloud and logging back in and reminders started syncing after that.

Anybody having CarPlay issues? Only started after this beta. Even tried different cables. Randomly disconnects and says usb error

What, Big Zol video being posted every other comment or the notorious Green Screen king LFC2020, no, no, no notorious 👊🏼 😆😂
I’ll be all about the beta life once iOS 16 PB 1 drops.

Big Zol videos will be dropping on the daily then. 🕺🧐📱

Hope all is well over there with that crazy storm you guys are having. 👊

Is this new or a bug? The blue box seems much shorted than it used to be or does it dynamically resize depending on the text in it now?
