my reminders app is not syncing. seems to have been since Beta 3. i have an iPhone 12 Pro Max.

icloud.com and my ipad pro are syncing no problem. i made a new reminder on the website and it showed up on the ipad but not the iphone. deleted it from my ipad and it disappeared on the website.

i've tried rebooting my phone and disabling/enabling reminders in icloud. it wiped all my reminders from the phone but it's not seeing the reminders stored in icloud so it's left blank. there's definitely still reminders in the cloud because they are still showing up on my ipad and on the website. i put some new reminders in but they aren't appearing on the ipad/website.

get it sorted apple.
I’m experience the same thing and have reported it

It doesn’t appear to be the beta. I have 2 iCloud accounts and out of curiosity I experimented this morning. From my ipad which is on the beta I set 2 Reminders, one on my primary iCloud account and one on the secondary one. I checked my phone, which is not on the beta, a few minutes later and the reminder that I set on my secondary account was in the list. The one from my primary account was not. So some accounts are syncing and some aren’t.

This is very similar to the Mail issue last year that affected so many but not all. One of my accounts was extremely sluggish during the day - messages could take an hour or more to download. The other account was normal, sending and receiving messages happened essentially immediately.

Thanks. I should have stated that I’ve had issues with reminders syncing since reminders was “updated.” Ios13? Apple was never able to solve the issue but then on another thread (https://forums.macrumors.com/thread...syncing-to-from-icloud-other-devices.2223179/) @Talarian suggested an unusual solution that seemed to work for many of us having issues. Aside from a general sluggishness, until ios15 Beta 3 Reminders has been working as expected. Now suddenly broken again.

Mine is at a normal 6.53 GB.
Yep. 7.68 down from 11/12.
Well, they vary between 9 and 12 Gb, depending on the moment. Right now it occupies me more than the system or my photos, it is incredible that it varies so much from one version to another. with 35 applications that I have, normally it should be between 4 and 6 Gb, but here it seems that it does not delete any temporary files that the system uses. Exactly the same thing happens to the watch, Apple seems to not know or intend to improve this section, because it is not normal for it to have it in 5 Gb, and just to update it increases to 12 Gb out of the blue and stays there. And that I update with itunes and ipsw, if I update by OTA I wouldn't be surprised if it was even more. And I have eliminated all the storms that have come and gone, and this not only does not go down, but it increases, an incredible thing. And restore is a temporary solution, because in the next update it can be triggered again out of nowhere, and at Apple's rate, it seems that a restore will be mandatory after each update because they are unable to even know how to fix their own system. And it is clear that they are having a malfunction in this aspect, because this artificial increase in occupied space is not normal for me. Come on, they already decide how I have to use many things for myself, it is not necessary that they occupy the space for me too.

I’ll be all about the beta life once iOS 16 PB 1 drops.

Big Zol videos will be dropping on the daily then. 🕺🧐📱

Hope all is well over there with that crazy storm you guys are having. 👊
The media souped it up more than what actually occurred. Or perhaps I’m just used to CAT 2 hurricanes whilst residing in Florida 🤣😭

back to regular topic - this beta has been the worst in a couple years w/r/t battery, apps going nuts, third party issues (see: above Hue lights), and cellular signal.
I’ve ended a couple of days much lower than average but I’m still easily making it through the day 100% of the time so no skin off my back.
Ayyyyyyyy! I was worried you’d had a bad time at a football game!
What, Big Zol video being posted every other comment or the notorious Green Screen king LFC2020, no, no, no notorious ?? ??

We got a nice dusting and a LOT of wind. Our house we just built was shuddering; sounded like somebody shaking a door. Crazy!

I’m sorry I really tried but only made it about halfway. Paragraphs please.

Not necessarily new, I think, but I noticed today when recording video in ProRes, this Free Resources showed up. A quick google search shows on Apple’s support page that
“iOS helps you optimize your storage when recording in ProRes. To extend ProRes recording time when data storage is low, you can free resources while using the Camera app. The Camera app will also free resources automatically when ProRes is enabled and less than five minutes of recording time is available.”

Would this be a way to get rid of that pesky iOS data that’s just sitting there?

If it gives it back instead of creating more … hmmmmm

How is this even possible? My intake is. This is just a hardware problem at this point. You over here bringing down some heat 😂
Tint issues have always been a problem with oled panels, some of these issues are software while others are hardware.

Good thing is it’s only a small number of people experiencing this issue. 🧐📱
