BATTERY HEALTH (not that I believe it) but, I don’t know if you guys remember but I was losing 2% health ever beta cycle. Was crazy. Restores you name it never got that back even though it is thought to have been believed.

Wasn’t until I pinched the idea off @Banglazed that he charges his phone and when it gets to 100% set a short cut to sound an alert and you unplug.

I’ve not had optimised battery turned on, never gone in the red and only needed to charge once a day siiiiiiince around 15.1 I think with the above method. And not used my Belkin wireless charging pad.

Since then, it’s dropped 1%. A MASSIVE difference.

I have a smart plug set with a Automation , the moment my battery hits 100% charge , the automation shuts off the charger. Wired 5W charging , 13 P

2 YouTube updates in 3 days, hopefully this fixes my issues, not holding my breath though. ??

I just want Apple to fix the random restart of my phone signal. Go from full service to no service and back again without moving. Happened twice today for me.

This has happened to me twice in the last day and is infuriating I thought something was wrong with my phone

I have a USB C and Lightning port with a wattage meter display built in.
On both when the device display on device shortly after reaching 100% the meter reads 0.0W. This means that 100% display is not a true 100% but once fully charged all flow stops.

Not. Seeing why anything else is needed.

With as many YT updates as we see in iOS/iPadOS I wonder what they are fixing or filtering.
Not much by the looks of it. ?

Still throttled at 16mb on the YouTube app.

False hope this morning, first video I played was running at 60-90mb no buffering issues when skipping forward 10 seconds at 2160p, then back to 16mb after that. ?

Does anyone know of a download limitation in Safari on 15.4? Fails on both the IPP11 and 13PM.
I am trying to download a 4k 48(?)fps vid and Safari never gets past 50%-60%. File size is under 1GB.
I can perform the download on my 1+ in both Bromite and Edge with no issue.

Once your battery charge drops under 100% it will start trickle charging

Exactly. Trickle.
I use an Anker 100W brick and as it gets close to 100% (greater than 80) it slows considerably from around 26W to 4-6W.

Not wanting to get argumentative, iOS firmware will never allow the phone to charge over 20w , using a 1000w charger will not increase the charge rate as its managed by iOS

There is definitely something not right with the 26W reading that you are seeing

IPP11 G2 on iPadOS 15.4
I’ve tested it and it peaks between 26-28 W.
Getting around the same on my 13 ProMax. I know Apple has stated the 13PM peaks at 27.

I don’t charge to 100%, I charge to 80%. All a matter of personal preference.

Newer iPhones are more than capable of charging at more than 20W.

@Pearsey Hi bud, if you are looking for a Smart plug, TP Link makes several that are decently priced. They also work with Shortcut's automation. I have mine set to shut power off once the battery hits 85% charged. That way I can charge overnight without worrying.
Seconded. I have several of these here at home. They work with Alexa as well.

Everything about 15.4 has been butter for me but I did come across something pretty funny.
