Yeah replaced battery’s.
Thinking you guys were still running original kit. That’s what was impressing me. ??
Original battery was 77% with service but still usable. I just replaced it, and will use it for another year. I may get an iPhone X next. The only problem is I hate the notch.

All the apps I use are more than fast enough. Screen is fine to me. 4G is more than fast enough for Pokémon Go. WI-FI is fast enough for my broadband connection, camera is great as it is.

Wide angle? I have a go pro for that.

So many people chase the latest iphone. I always tell people, I will buy the very latest iPhone 4 years later.

If it was slow I would ditch it, it isn’t, it’s very fast, great to use. Brilliant phone.

Wide angle is on my 12. Not pro.

Compared to 6 devices later, it’s gonna be dog slow.

Fair play you've kept that phone going. You should write a book.

what does your battery health say in settings? "No chance of Peak Performance, Im old!"

Battery still holding decent charge?
My wife is still using my old 7 Plus. Battery life is still at 85%. She'll be getting my 13PM in the fall, though (I'd say September but with the chip shortage and China, I'm going to imagine there will be delays).

Any more of you with the Apple Pencil / Magic Keyboard issue? I reported via the Feedback app yesterday. On checking it just now, says that there are zero other reports ?. (I know it usually takes a few days for them to collate and update the count).

That’s amazing. My battery health is at 88%. God knows how that all works then ? iPhone 12.

Yup
iPad Pro 11 on MK
Just had the whole system freeze up and die on me again.

Was on MK and using pencil.

what is becoming clear is that the letter that comes in the build number has nothing to do with the progress of the beta process, because in beta 3 the letter is higher than in betas 1 and 2 haha
Well not really the progress but the quality. Like "e" is excellent, "g" is great, and "f"...well you can fill that one in. ?

Me here having the same issue. Apple Pencil not working anymore. Also reported it.

He said he has a GoPro for his wide angle lens. Not that you need to go pro to get a wide angle lens. ?

Yeah I know. I was just answering his question, that was before, the GoPro stuff ???

Its because there was “dog” mentioned in the sentence you felt the need to reply? ??

I have a super old iPhone 6S, an iPhone 11 and an iPhone 12 Pro Max. Based on the apps I use, I don’t notice much of a difference between those 3 to be honest when it comes to speed. (Which only speaks for Apple!) The biggest issue is the available space on the 6S. It’s on the verge of being full after having like 3 apps installed. Really mind blowing how we used to be able to deal with that little space

Whoa...have been wanting to respond for a couple of days on this, but was waiting to see if issues continued.

As soon as I updated, iPad12Pro would freeze....worst part was that I was traveling and use it for work. Teams wasn't working, frozen on loadup screen, touch screen/magic keyboard not providing input...couldn't even hard restart.

I have to say, it SEEMS to be fine since yesterday after I restarted in the morning, but this is the only beta related issue I have experienced that was "scary" in a couple of years.

Had a couple of instances where my IPP11 on a Magic Keyboard would freeze solid. Nothing worked. Not touch. Not buttons. Couldn’t even reset.
Had one happen just now and took note of the time stamp.
About 20 minutes later the screen lit back up and all seems well.

Went digging into Analytics.
One entry matched the time stamp: Bluetooth’s - date
Makes wonder if their is an issue as some including myself are also seeing Pencil and other BT quirks.
See attached.

BTW - Feedback app keeps flaking out …
Same issue here but hard reset works. Only way to get my 2021 12.9” iPad working again.

Post freeze it seems to be good for a while then .. thump.

There appear to be issues. :(

Almost every September, I get infected with the excitement around the new iPhone model, and give in to temptation and buy one. It’s exciting for the first three weeks. But at some point, I notice it doesn’t really provide much if any utility above what my previous phone did.

Can’t speak for others, but I’ve sunk a lot of money into unnecessary upgrades, and really respect folks that keep using earlier models for several years.

I’m less excited about new iPad models. I expect I’ll be happy to stick with my early 2020 11” iPad Pro for another year or two.

I thought I would be happy with my M1 MBA for many years. And I really could have. But then the 14” MBP came out, and my self control dissolved.

I've had a number of freezing instances for my M1 IPP with magic keyboard. Only fix was to do a hard reboot.

2 year cycle for me. I wouldn’t be getting the IP14 to be honest as I’m well happy with my 12, but I’ve hammered the battery to 88 health, however reliable that score is, with COD and betas.

Have to say charing once a day and not over night has made a big difference to the rate of drop of that score. I was losing 2 points every beta at one point. Madness.

Anyone else's Camera acting weird when switching between 1x and 3x lenses? Going from 1x to 3x on my 13 Pro isn't smooth and the view outside of the frame becomes translucent for a few seconds. Happens quite frequently.

Why not just have the battery changed? You can buy a bunch of them for $1000+ a new phone gonna cost. :)
