From Control Center, the new Apple TV 4K has side and volume buttons that work as part of the remote. Can someone confirm if this is new?

I don't have the latest 4k tv but the first gen 4k atv and I can say that the remote app on the phone never had the option to change the volume. Fingers crossed that is for more than just the latest, lol.

At install watch update, iOS was bugging with not enough charge, must be at 50%, with the watch being at 54%, putting it out of the charging dock and back made the trick.

Per application settings.

I bet I am the first person to have to do a system restore. Installed it on my iPad Pro 2021 11" and it didn't even get past the hello page before it begin showing my a spinning ring with the screen constantly flashing. My theory is that something broke due to it being hooked up via thunderbolt to an external monitor. Nothing seemed to fix it.
Same issue on my iPad Air 2

Is this a new summary page of the settings when you set up a new phone? It also asked if I want to automatically or manually install future updates. Yes I took a Photo, the phone is not yet ready!

I think the best way to describe the changes to maps is that the old version felt like you were looking at straight lines on a monotone background indicating where roads exist on a static plane whereas this version feels like you're looking at an actual map that someone has hand drawn by actually visiting every road, driving on them to scope out road markers, and measuring them with a laser to get accurate changes in width. There are no more road lines, they are now road drawings that give you a great sense of space, size, and movement.

The maps update is extremely impressive and without a doubt the best part of iOS 15 so far. It's a shame only a few places get it at the moment because it's awesome.

And all of that sharing stuff is still useless if even one member of your group refuses to use an iPhone. I was really hoping for cross-platform support for iMessage like they did with FaceTime. Possible future addition I guess.

not to sound ungrateful, because A LOT of the new stuff I wouldn’t use anyway, But I loved the universal cursor and dragging something from the iPad across your laptop to the iMac. that pulled me out of nodding off on the WWDC. they lost me at ‘focus’ and him getting in a car 😆😂 #cringe.

The updated looks are available for everyone. I think the AR directions is the thing that depends on where you are at. I’m in a rural area and I have the updated look of Maps. It looks insanely good!

Lost your focus huh? haha jk. The keynote was definitely meh this year.

All I wanted from iPadOS was the ability to gracefully unmount an external... an EJECT BUTTON. But no. *sigh* Still can't use it with the external as it doesn't properly dismount and therefore will not remount without letting it connect to my MBP first. Fail.
