All Notifications vanish at random from notification centre.
This behaviour reminds me of iOS 13 which exhibited this kind of errors.
does it mean that iOS 15 is based more on IOs 13 than on iOS 14.

System data storage issue. I backup to iCloud, total reset my iPhone and restore and iCloud again. Now system data became zero !!!!! ( before was 50GB in system data storage ) !!

you can thank me later. Glad it worked 👍🏼

If you’re on the betas, expect the worst and enjoy when things work great. The mysterious “other” section in local storage has plagued most of us here at some point.

"Plagued" is a bit extreme. Sure, it's there... but it appears (in my experience, at least), that it's partly driven by "pressure" - that it ebbs and flows based on how much storage you actually need... and ultimately, if you aren't using it for your permanent or temporary app/data storage, it's not really affecting your experience other that the annoyance of seeing a big number associated with "other" when you go looking for it.

I’m noticing worse battery life since the last update, but nothing a mid day charge or long drive in the car can’t handle.

My 12PM rarely would go below 50% with my typical use in a day…I don’t even charge overnight anymore. Just a top off in the morning as I work.

But last few days, it has dropped below 50% with normal use. Nothing drastic. Threw it on the wireless charger last night so I’d start fresh.

Yeah, I guess “plagued” is a bit dramatic. But nevertheless, it’s been basically a non-issue during the betas. Last year, too. It kind of acts like a temp folder for swapping/moving/indexing. Some have found it clears on its own and others have had to restore. Either way..

Suddenly all notifications don’t work at all, be it already turn on in the apps setting or phone setting

Spoken like someone who doesn't have a 16GB iPhone 6S who had to do a clean install to get iOS 15 on :)

Just some thoughts on stability.

I don’t know if it’s just me, but PB is running so f good on my iPad Pro. It’s my main device, I use it more than my iPhone, and I know I shouldn’t have install in the first place but I don’t think I’ll go back to 14.7 which is what I was going to do.

The last bug I remember was more than 24 hrs ago. My iPad kinda did a respring while I was using Meet and Safari in Split View, and Safari in Slide Over at the same time, but nothing was reloaded. After that I haven’t seen anything, which is amazing for a second beta given I did some video editing last night. I have even seen some bugs I had in 14.7 fixed.

The only thing I find annoying is battery draining faster than usual.

Also, I have seen improvements in RAM management. Apps reload less than before, and when they do they return to the same stage they were, which is something never happened to me before.

*I’m sorry for grammar mistakes, it’s not my native language.

I’m running the beta on a 12 pro. I have dnd on. None of my notifications are appearing on the lock screen. I have to wake the phone and swipe up and the notifications all show up under “upcoming”. I don’t have a schedule on or anything. Am I not understanding how this works or should they just show up normally on the Lock Screen?

Can confirm that after a Reset All Settings the live text feature is working directly in the camera app not just photos.

Anybody with a MFI hearing device check if Apple addressed the connectivity issues for hearing aids and such? Supposedly working on it (some devices started acting up with 14.6) but haven’t read anything whether it is or not.

Big zol getting fancy with the outdoor video 😂

Weather app raindrop bouncing animation really is something to do with text size in default setting. Pls set your text size in default you’ll see the raindrops bouncing. Pls try it. And of cos the devices needs to be A12 and above

If reset all setting and the camera live text feature is back then it is going to be something to do with default setting. Same as weather app raindrops bouncing issue. Certain setting needs to be in default in order to get these feature

Weather widget on widget page still missing unless you search for it, also the weather app isn’t in notifications settings. 🤔

To enable weather app in notification settings, open weather app > tap list item at bottom right > tap three dots at top right > tap on notifications.
Now when you open settings > notifications , the weather app will be listed there.
