iOS 15 Beta 3 ― Bug Fixes, Changes, and Improvements

I’m still not getting my current location weather when I open weather app. On cellular data nothing, as soon as I turn on wifi no problem.
 
So far when on cellular data I’ve noticed the battery is going down quite a bit faster than before. Wifi not as bad but definitely worse this beta for me. 12 pro max. Hoping it will get better in a few days after getting settled in.
 
Does apple reply to you in the feedback app or via email?

This safari address bar scrolling bug is getting really annoying, good old beta life 🤦‍♂️😂

MOVE FFS 😡😂

 
A couple of bugs from this build:

1) When visiting a new webpage in Safari, the address bar text briefly grows larger or shrinks during the loading phase

2) When using the Messages option in the Share Sheet, existing conversations will remain blank in the message preview UI (lacking context)
 
I still think this URL bar placement at the bottom will be an opportunity for malicious site to put a field on the same place to capture the URL people will type there thinking through the old paradigm and reroute somewhere else...

When you are in the text bar and select Photos, you get a subset of your photos with no way to select Album, Folder, Year or anything else. Think it is Recents but on the IPP it is a subset of Recents.

I have had this issue since iOS 14 first rolled out. Drives me crazy, as you never know when it’s going to happen. Happens to me most frequently where I’m trying to select a screenshot in Tapatalk.

Depends on the issue and how much they care about it. Best thing to do is go to the feedbacks (or radars) you’ve submitted and open them up. You’ll see at the top if there are other reports and, sometimes, when a fix is scheduled.

Think I’ve figured out why the address bar doesn’t move or collapse, seems to be happening after using the keyboard. 🤔

Like it at the bottom, when it works properly that is. 🤦‍♂️😂

got a massive bug, after using the keyboard, the address bar will stay collapsed when scrolling, then when visiting another site it won’t collapse at all when scrolling, have to kill safari to get it working properly again, doesn’t seem to be a issue when not using the keyboard.

Apple’s history is extremely limited and don’t support long term history listing, which makes backtracking old (older than 30 days) website access data impossible.

Bookmark flooding is not what I like. So it is not that useful.

Question with the clock widget : How to show the clock in dark appearance? Yesterday when I install the widget it was in dark, and now its all in white. At beginning I thought it was syncing with the day/night time, but now its been white for an entire day. Any idea?

Had the same issue where widgets in the widget page were all light but was using dark mode. Possibly a reboot would fix it but I turn on light and back to dark again and it fixes it. Haven’t had the issue since then.

Missed call badge not going away after viewing recent calls. 🤦‍♂️

Quickest way to get rid of it, dial another number. 🤦‍♂️

Actually like it down the bottom, just don’t use the keyboard during this beta, using the keyboard makes the address bar unresponsive, doesn’t collapse or spring up when scrolling after using the keyboard.🤦‍♂️😅😂
