Mail app not checking for mail when opening the app.![]()
I have the same issue but I don't have an A Watch either, it seems to be off and on, maybe even because I have texts/calls forwarded to an ipad, not sure as of yet. Just when I tried to find the common denominator, the issue went away, of course ... Reported anyway. While wearing my watch, my messages are not dinging out making vibrations on my watch. Very annoying
I had this on beta 7.. but the next day seem to be fine..Has anyone had there phone get hot and very unresponsive (lags behind touchs for a few seconds)? I installed the beta today and all of a sudden this. Has happened twice today. Seems like it started both times after I plugged it in to charge (iPhone X).
12Pro with Apple Watch 5, both with latest Betas and working as expected. While wearing my watch, my messages are not dinging out making vibrations on my watch. Very annoying
12 pro max and apple watch 6 on Latest betas working as should be also .. maybe hard reset bothWhile wearing my watch, my messages are not dinging out making vibrations on my watch. Very annoying
iPhone 12 Pro Max beta 8 Apple Watch not on beta, both working fine, hard reboot normally does the trick. 👉⌚️12 pro max and apple watch 6 on Latest betas working as should be also .. maybe hard reset both
I’m sorry if this has already been posted. Has anyone seen this when opening the App Store? I installed beta 8 as soon as it was available, as I have done with every beta of iOS 15. However, this ad screen only appeared this morning when opening the App Store.

I’m in the UK too.Not seeing that across the pond 🇬🇧
Updated with a time 🧐⏱what, not actually checking for mail, just staying as saying updated with a time?
Called complaints department, they said give it 7 days, I said fine but if it ain’t fixed, I’m going to the ombudsmen 😡🤬🥊so you can’t receive calls?, and now you can’t receive emails?
What is going on down there buddy 📵 😆😂
Not seeing it here either 🇦🇺🦘🐊Not seeing that across the pond 🇬🇧
Must be because you’re a baggies fan 😬😂 don’t mind the baggies actually.I’m in the UK too.
My personal opinion on Apple app tracking feature and their new “Privacy” tools is that they’re not doing it to stop iOS users from being tracked. They’re doing it in an attempt to stop other companies from collecting the data that Apple believe is theirs and theirs alone. Most of us click ‘ask app not to track’ and apple want us to think that they protecting our data. However, I honestly believe that they (apple) simply don’t want companies such as Google etc to collect data from apples platform. They just want to collect the data for themselves. By allowing Google etc to track users apple are giving away huge amounts of money.
I believe Google are trying to do the same thing. A kind of it’s our data from our platform and we want to keep it all. So, they add spin to it by telling iOS users that they’ve added anti-tracking features for the users benefit. And, don’t get me wrong, users do benefit, but I think apple’s motivation is purely selfish.
Pure scum Facebook 🤦♂️App tracking + private relay: it’s a big FU to Facebook, and others, but mainly Facebook who have been stealing our data for years by sneaking around Apples T&Cs by buying up companies and pretending it’s for that apps purpose, when actually it sneaks in under the radar of the automated app reviewing process and then does exactly what apple doesn’t want 3rd party apps to do. Apple will always collect a small amount of consented data, what first company in anything doesn’t in this digital world now. But is just for them. It’s not about the money in this department for Apple I believe, they have vast amounts of cash in the bank it’s crazy, and we aren’t the product to Apple.
Casing point Facebook bought a VPN company, Onavo, and also looked into acquiring rights, not because they were interested in security, but so they could try and collect the data flow for harvesting, also using malware on iOS users with a securities company called Pegasus.
(believe what you may and disagree from this, that’s completely fine, this is totally subjective)
But, not anymore, with Private Relay as far as I’m lead to believe will shield us better on iOS.
WiFi, haven’t checked cellular yet. 🤔 my carrier just called me, let’s see if we can fix this issue. 😬😂🤦♂️Does this on WiFi and cellular?
😂😂 They’ve been doing well recently.Must be because you’re a baggies fan 😬😂 don’t mind the baggies actually.

Found out what’s wrong with my service, dodgy port over by a half wit store worker 🤦♂️ My number has been in quarantine for over a 100 days 🤦♂️😂 looks like it had Covid 😂 finally getting fixed in the next 2 days 🕺🏼because cellular absolutely fine for me. WiFi, on this firmware, prefer .05 for my 12, has lag on WiFi sometimes which sounds like what’s happening to you. ugh.
Can’t win them all. But come on Mail.
