I think that next week there will be an RC version and the next one the final release, although there have also been releases in the same week.
When ios 14 released, we had two RC version and official release in the same week. If they launch the RC on Monday at the event, I do not rule out that there will be a public launch on Thursday or Friday with the new apple watches, although this version is not mandatory for its operation.

With 14.0, only 1 RC, then public the next day. That was not something to use as an example though, as it was an exception due to COVID affecting the supply chain.

An RC and public release on the same week next week is unlikely. The new watches are stated to need iOS 15, not iOS 15.1.

Exactly. The review embargo is up and there’s plenty of Apple Watch S7 reviews up.

and by the sounds of it all you get is a slimmer bezel, oh and it charges faster. 👏🏼 😆😂
Apple done us dirty, was looking forward to the redesign. the flat screen mockup and flat edges makes the rounded screen look dated lol.

Aye. Also, just seems to make sense for Monterey & iOS 15.1 & WatchOS 8.1 to all come out the same week.
macOS 12 final release straight after the event? 🤔

We’ve not had RC, so unlikely.
macOS 12 has been very stable, getting amazing battery life, 12 hours usage with 28% battery left.

I don't track this, but a good answer to your final question would be whether every last beta of an iOS release was an "A" build.
OK so its happened before. with C and D. Maybe more but didn't feel like searching my note past iOS 12.

Are we thinking we'll get 15.1 RC after the event on Monday or have to wait till Tuesday or Wednesday? Most definitely next week though.

don't think we'll see an RC. straight into public release next week. Hopefully this week though.

This is definitely, absolute fact*

• RC Wednesday

• Final release next week
(don’t really care)

• 15.2 B1 first week of Nov (Tuesday/Wednesday do really care)

*😆😂
TBH, probably on right lines.

I’m fairly confident RC of Monterey today. I’m 50/50 on iOS 15.1 RC today too, or Tuesday/Wednesday.

15.2 RC, bringing Universal control, is gonna be pretty sharpish. I’d say first week November, but would not be surprised if they pop it out next week.
