Given how bad beta 3 is Apple should be working hard to sort ready for release.
But internet is not crying out a bad beta 3. It’s just this forum which is so much pained it seems.
I've seen multiple reviewers on YouTube complaining that beta 3 have been the worst of the 3 betas released. Just watch Zollotech's statement on the latest beta as an example.

No complaints here either on my 13PM other than auto brightness not always working. Battery seems better than previous betas.
Interesting piece here that the Drivers license in Wallet feature is delayed till 2022. We have NOT seen this with UC. Hopeful sign…
