It’s likely if they found an issue. Excessive battery drain has been a big issue on my end.
15.4.1 today wouldn't surprise me. They usually release the next beta a couple days after public release, but they didn't last week. Maybe something else came up.
thought it was just me, since ios 15 my 12 pro has had horrid battery life despite being 100% battery health, every single release. I went out today and bought a 13 and am going to sell my pro. I've read countless threads on the subpar batteries in the 12's.
My ip11 got me through a whole day with about 25-30% battery life left at the end of the day with heavy usage, with the same usage (and apps) my 12 pro cannot make it a full day. I've had every iteration of iphone since the 3GS with the exception of the XS and the 11 pro models and obviously the 12 pro max, I have never had this bad of battery life that i can recall.
Could have been delayed with their server issues yesterday.
I would think that’s the most likely reason. Possibly still lingering issues and not wanting to risk a release.

They have changed the time before, here we change it this weekend. in this case, then yes, they should have already left
It is 10:45 AM PDT right now — if there were going to be a Tuesday morning beta, it would likely have been posted about 35 minutes ago. (That's not to say that they might not post an afternoon beta at 1 PM PDT, but that happens much less frequently.)

Well, guess what! As of today, I'm officially on vacation. Hoping for a final release of iOS 15.5 Beta 1. Tuesday, March 22nd seems promising. This might be the last update before the focus is on for My fingers are all crossed.
