Really hope this beta resolves the WiFi issues I’ve been having on my 15 Pro….

It shows I’m connected but nothing happens, nothing loads. I have to manually disconnect and reconnect each time, that or turn off WiFi and turn it back on to have it reconnect.

Is this happening to anyone else? I can’t be the only one….

Music in CarPlay volume still broken.

You gotta turn it up to what would be excessive volume for the radio just to hear it.

I don’t think AppleCare+ is going to cover my car speakers for when I forget to turn it down before turning the car off.
CP volume fine for me and has been fine use all day everyday. Use Music and Podcast all sound good.

Perhaps they are designing something that features fonts large enough to read? The more info you add, the smaller it gets. And most people care a lot more about the temperature and the forecast than the humidity.
If you live in an area with high humidity, it’s nice to know as part of the forecast. I’d take it over knowing sunrise/sunset.

Not the disconnect however the speed is always down. Only device in my stable with that issue.

Ive been having these issues too, including on this 17.2b1 seed. Submitted feedback and nothing yet. I have the same issue as you + slow speed. Usually have to toggle wifi on and off for it to work again.

By chance do you have eero?

You got my attention with that last line. I’ve also had WiFi issues and I have an Eero. Is there a known connection?

Nope, don’t have an Eero but yeah same WiFi issues. Extremely annoying man…..

I think the Safari’s address bar getting darker when typing is slightly different to what we had on 17.1 👀

Sometimes accessing the Spotlight search, the search bar is at very bottom and no keyboard. It seems to happen when launching an app then swipe it away and go into Spotlight and repeat.

This Music app bug has been around forever. Anyone want to help me out by submitting feedback to hopefully get some more eyes on it?

After you remove an album from your library, the album disappears from the “Recently Played” section in the Listen Now tab. And then, even if you listen to the album again afterwards, it won't reappear under “Recently Played”.

To check this, simply:

• Add any album to your library

• Play a few seconds of a song so that the album appears under “Recently Played”

• Delete the album from your library

• The album no longer appears in the “Recently Played” section. Even if you listen to the album in the future, it will never again appear under “Recently Played”.

HOWEVER, when tapping your profile in the upper right corner of the Music app, then selecting “View Profile,” an accurate “Recently Played” section is available (though it’s titled “Listening To”)

This bug has been around for a LONG time and is very frustrating.

You're not alone:
I am experiencing similar symptoms as you since this summer, at least since developer beta 3 I would say. I have an iPhone 12. My girlfriend has an XS max and she has similar symptoms. No other devices (except our two iPhones) in our flat are experiencing any issues.

If you read a bit through the Reddit thread you will find that it impacts multiple users, not only on iPhone 15, and multiple modems/routers as well. It seems to be tied to 5 GHz wifi, so if your 2.4 GHz wifi is fast enough you could try to use it (not my case, I lose quite a bit of speed).

Hopefully Apple fix that soon.

Not just you for sure!!!
Often have to flick on airplane mode for 5-10 secs and then back off again to get the WiFi working.

I haven't been experiencing noticeable disconnections however my bandwidth via wifi appeared limited with my home router. Following some of the comments I saw online I tweaked the settings of my router frequencies in the 2.5 band. If I remember correctly my router was locked to 20hz and I changed settings to 20/40hz. Prior to the change my speed test was showing 60Mbps whereas after the change I am seeing 450Mbps. This is definitely not scientific or conclusive and could be entirely coincidental so please treat with a pinch of salt.

CarPlay volume for reading messages still not fixed. It broke in 16, was fixed for one beta and broke again.
I am having no issue with CP nor have been this may be a vehicle and or brand issue. I am using 2 different Fords using 3.x of Sync. One wired and one wireless. My texts are Read aloud just fine. My beef is I want message marked are Read once they are read aloud. Forever the only ways to mark as Read is to reread and interact with the Siri response of "Reply or Reread"
