Would anyone mind checking to confirm that this bug in the Music app is still present in iOS 17.2 (I’m sure it’ll still be there, but I gotta ask):

After you remove an album from your library, the album disappears from the “Recently Played” section in the Listen Now tab. And then, even if you listen to the album again afterwards, it won't reappear under “Recently Played”.

To check this, simply:

• Add any album to your library

• Play a few seconds of a song so that the album appears under “Recently Played”

• Delete the album from your library

• The album no longer appears in the “Recently Played” section. Even if you listen to the album in the future, it will never again appear under “Recently Played”.

Lmfao what a bug, yeah this is still there in Beta 3.

It's even cooler on macOS because now it shows an empty album in my recently played

Yeah that’s been driving me nuts for a long, long time.

Weird part is that, at least on iOS, the “recently played” Apple Music widget is accurate. Also, you can tap your profile pic in the upper right corner to view your profile and the “Listening To” section is accurate.. so it’s definitely a bug with the Recently Played section of the app.

Well 💩 my Camera App freezing when I take a photo is still not fixed 😭😵‍💫

iPhone 15 Plus

Is it possible to restore to the official release and use a back up from beta 3? I am going on vacation next week and I need the camera to work properly

Here’s a fun new bug: my ‘live’ photos now seem to play back/animate at what seems like double speed. Anyone else test this?

Nobody even fixed that logs that are rising in the diagnostic and usage and cannot be cleared, since the beginning of iOS 17. It is a shame, like the square notification bug!

Probably not, if you are on windows. You would need to restore an ipsw using iTunes and Apple never got around to support flashing iPhone 15 pro (and Max). It just tells you that you need a newer version of iTunes, which isnt available. So I doubt they would bother with the Plus either…🤷‍♂️

Here is what I did to clear this up. I turned share iPhone and watch analytics, and WiFi on for one night and placed the phone on the charger. The next day I turned both back off. The majority of the old logs disappeared.

I removed almost all of the rest by syncing with iTunes (Windows). iTunes does not sync correctly right now if a watch is connected to the iPhone. You either turn the watch off or turn Bluetooth off on the phone. Then plug into the computer and sync. Most of the logs should be gone at this point.

Before all the logs has been cleared, for sure is not an iTunes issue as other programs didn’t clear the logs too.

Well they seem to have broken Apple home kit automations. I have various automations to trigger lights etc. Every single one is broken and rebuilding them doesn’t work. 🙄

All my devices are up to date with latest beta (apple tv, all HomePod minis, IP15PM, IPP 12.9)
