All been fine since a reinstall, but it has somewhat dented her confidence in apple's quality.
Most data back (iCloud) but not sure if everything is (ie any apps that don't use it, or whether messages was enabled etc).
As an aside I believe wifi has always worked fine. At home we have an eero 6e for wifi. The 15 pdo is often on 6Ghz (160 Mhz) . Rarely 5 Ghz (160 Mhz) as if 6Ghz is too bad it will drop in one corner of the house to 2.4Ghz (20 Mhz).
