I apologize in advance for my English, I have a question for people who in iOS 17.2.1 had a problem with the lack of sound and vibration with notifications from youtube, you can check if in the latest beta it has already been fixed??? Alternatively, how to deal with it, hello

Now beta 3 seems stable I installed it in my day-to-day iphone,
Unfortunately there is a massive bug with stolen device protection in that on touchID phones it offers no protection against the thief knowing the passcode like faceID ones do, despite the text saying it does.
Anyone else with iPhone SE3 with stolen device protection turned on try to look at your passwords or turn off protection using an unregistered fingerprint a couple of times and see what happens.

Some one else who has. Magic Keyboard kindly check this.

iPad Pro 11 G4 w/ latest Magic Keyboard. Using the touchpad to press/swipe up and showing all apps in the app manager is good. However trying to swipe off screen (to kill app) doesn’t really want to work.

Next …

iPhone 15 ProMax
Notes

1. Have a couple of locked Notes and am running into where I’ll open the Note and it is unlocked. Other times it is locked.
2. Second morning in a row where to unlock my device it wants the passcode. Not seeing any corresponding device crash entries in Analytics. Phone was on charge cable overnight in silent mode.

Scroll up for the answer and workarounds.
Those work arounds don't work for me on macOS. They might be working on Windows for all I know.
On macOS, the sync does not get past step 2, even after cancelling the sync mid way, disconnecting the iPhone, reconnecting it, and such other trial and error steps suggested.

With the greatest respect did you really jump into this thread without reading any of the discussion?
It was my mistake that I did not clarify my query completely. The work arounds suggested above as I understood were for Windows iTunes and not macOS which is what I intended to ask about.

Just tested stolen device protection on SE3 away from home and it seems to work as expected, ie without fingerprint you cant change any important security stuff or gain access to keychain passwords.

My iCloud Contacts have acted up since I installed iOS 17.3 BETA. My wife has disappeared on my Mac and doesn't show up after disabling and re-enabling syncing of iCloud Contacts. In iMessage my conversation with my mom is titled with a nonsensical string. All kinds of strange issues regarding contact information.

I´m amazed, nothing you say has ever happened to me, and look that I do what they say is not done, I install the betas on my main device (iPhone 14 Pro) and the previous ones (12 Pro, 11 Pro, X, 6s, 5, 5S, 4, 4S, 3) that I have had have also not given me problems beyond some untranslated option, but usually everything is correct.

The issue seems to have been fixed on my iPhone 15 Pro Max by signing completely out of iCloud and signing in again. Doesn't solve it on my M1 MacBook Pro, but that one is not running macOS 14.3 BETA, only 14.2.3, so perhaps it changes with the release of 14.3.

Question for you fine folks - downloaded the ipsw and setup my iPhone as new but am now missing the photo shuffle option in wallpaper - is there a delay in its availability? Live Photo, Emoji and Weather are the only options - performed a force restart as well but only those three options shown.

I just tried this and Photo Shuffle was available for me. The RC should be out later today. I’d hold tight and see if that fixes things for you.

I had the same options your screenshot displays but no longer after an iOS 17.3 DB 3 ipsw restore (on an iPhone 15 Pro) and install as new (Live Photo, Emoji and Weather are the only options).

I think I would try reinstalling the IPSW. Or just wait until tomorrow (or at latest Thursday) when the RC for 17.3 likely lands.

I haven’t read the entire thread, but I’m guessing 17.3 doesn’t allow us to delete or hide the “Favorite Songs” playlist in Apple Music…?

Odd ones this morning. Again.

On both the 15PM and iPad Pro11 I had to access both devices via passcode. On the 15PM it had a message that it was because I recently changed my passcode - last week, and no message on the iPad. This makes 4 of the last seven days I was required to access via passcode for the initial access of the day for the iPhone and 3 for the iPad. Odd.

Since beta 3, Messages are not being forwarded to my watch about 90% of the time. I am getting them properly on the iPad even though it started hit/miss.

btw - spell check and correction are horrendous.
