Does the battery cycle count data only show up in the Battery section in Settings on the iPhone 15? Or does it now show up on all iPhones running iOS 17.4?

Anyone unable to check their Apple Watch for an update when the watch is not on the beta? I get the message from the watch app on the phone and on the watch itself that it isn’t connected to the internet and can’t check for an update. However, it is connected and everything else works. Thanks.

I hope this is on iPadOS 17.4 as well, it would be so nice! 👍🏻. It’s annoying that here the iPhone shows battery health stats, but the iPad doesn’t.

Just checked. Sadly, this still isn’t available on iPadOS 17.4. It’s a shame, because a Siri shortcut can surface this info from the logs, so clearly not a technical limitation.
Where’s the shortcut? What’s it called out how’s it programmed?

It’s called PowerUtil. I did not create it, but it works well. Here’s an iCloud link to it:

To use it, add the shortcut to your share sheet, and then go to Settings - Security & Privacy - Analytics & Improvements - Analytics Data. From there, you select a log that should be labeled beginning with a label in the form of Analytics-year-month-date. Open the most recent log with the month and date closest to the current date, and then tap the share sheet and select the PowerUtil shortcut in your share sheet. It should search through the log and then display the battery info. I hope this helps. 👍🏻

Maybe it is me but both my 15PM and iPad Pro seem slower ….. More than a couple of apps it does touch, pause, run. Especially noticeable in apps where I have done certain sequences enough to have muscle memory.

I am living in the EU and no such thing has popped up. This app is for Stuttgart public transportation, so nothing to do with EU. Most likely it has been triggered by some other process or service maybe based on your location or travel habits, IDK.
In fact I like this quite a lot as for a person who on occasion travels to another cities, handing an official public transport application to me, is what I would really appreciate.

No, it happens when I open the App Store and tap to install any app. I also got it for Fruit Ninja and other random apps I tried

Apple Maps and CarPlay in vehicle instrument clusters

New Features

  • In iOS 17.4, with supported CarPlay vehicles, Apple Maps will present a new instrument cluster experience with information about upcoming maneuvers. Users will be able to swap the desired display type between the main and instrument cluster screen by tapping the map configuration button on the upper right of the Maps main screen. (122833170)

From Apple Developer
I would like the option to be able to use my phone as the secondary display.
