iOS 17.4 ― Bug Fixes, Changes, and Improvements

1. Duolingo web audio not working.
2. Text pasted into Notes being “squished” e.g. BLACK WHITE becomes BLACKWHITE.
 
Movistar Spain carrier version went from 57.0 on iOS 17.3 to 58.0 on iOS 17.4

It now allows you to send SMS when the iPhone is connected with VOWiFi or WiFi Calling, and airplane mode on or the iPhone has no cellular signal.

Though, nobody uses SMS anymore in Spain besides banks or official notifications.

My music is still auto pausing itself when I press play via Bluetooth. Never happened until RC and it’s still happening in full release. Disappointing.

Added Mint Mobile since it wasn’t on the list.

If you want to update it I believe you need 25 posts or more to do so, but you go to the main post of the iOS update, and the little dots at the bottom of said post, you tap it and this opens (see image). Tap edit and the written message will open. Scroll to the carrier you wish to update.

Make sure you save and add the comment what is being updated in the form outside of the post.

Can’t update wiki (lost access to account that could edit) but Cricket Carrier Bundle is now 58.0 if you get the chance to update it for me. Tia!

Significant battery drain overnight on my 15 Pro after installing 17.4 (always in low power mode overnight) hopefully this settles down after indexing etc finishes. Worst than the 17.4RC last week 🙈😃

Yeap same here,,I hope it will end someday 😳
 
I'm just so happy that the notification bug seems to finally have been fixed. That's bothered me sine iOS 16. Now if only they could fix ProMotion back to iOS 15 levels of smoothness.
