No, quite the opposite on my 13 pro.
Not on my 15 pro. Never went below 30-40% before bedtime with light to moderate usage, but after the update, it seems to be there every day. Really noticed it when I updated my watches. My Apple Watch 6 gets maybe 6-8 hrs and the model 8 watch does better but not a lot. Maybe 12 hrs. Granted they are older than the phone, but the difference after the update was enough to make me notice. I thought it strange because the update was supposed to help battery life but not in my case. I wonder what was changed that could have an opposite effect on my phone than other's experiences.

Maybe it is your particular setup with the Apple Watch 6
