I could be wrong, but as far as I know, there is no other way. It's really better to wait for the next beta, it's not that far away.

It is interesting to see how we are manipulated by a percentage that appears on our iPhones, on Android the batteries degrade in the same way, but no one talks about this, because there is no such percentage. Relax, I almost never look at the health of the battery.
It's just I have AppleCare and they replace your battery if it's under 80%. I'm almost there.
Ok that’s weird because mine also got hot yesterday out of the blue. I had to take my case off and even power it off to cool it down. The issue went away after that.
I’ve been having some of the heat wave, too, although not as bad as that, wow.
It wasn’t disabled for me, but when I tapped it, inside there’s a toggle and when I toggled it off and came back, it said Disabled. But I’m able to tap again and go inside to toggle it back on:
If you download the ipsw on the developer site, you should be able to reinstall without losing data(but make a backup to be 100% sure).
That's where we were with temps last week (San Antonio)... and just in time for me to go visit family in Phoenix (118 yesterday)

iPhone is working just fine now. Can’t wait till beta 3 drops. I'm ready for it!
The highest we got hit today was 110° around 4 PM. San Antonio is not as dry as Las Vegas tho. San Antonio also has that surfside beach. Las Vegas has that dry rocky heat. It’s completely dry and ashy that’s what makes it worst.
You might be confusing SA with... anywhere else. lol We're landlocked, with a few "beaches" around some of the small lakes. But yeah, we hit 110 here with 80% humidity - the kind of heat where you face away from the sun and still squint. I'll take my Chicago winters any day.
You can install from the IPSW with no data loss unless something goes terribly wrong. I used the IPSW 3 times when trying to get rid of a bug in B1.
With a Mac yes.
Download the ipsw
Hold down option, then select the IPSW beta 2 file.
This will just reinstall the iOS. your data isn’t touched. It’s just like doing a normal update.
Done.

Anyone else lost their beta update toggle in settings?
Option is still there but it is off with no option to change it.

Seeing this issue on both the iPad and iPhone.
Update: - that fixed it!
I find that if you exit and go back enough times on the Software Update page then it will show eventually, same as how it did for getting enrolled on DB1.
