I wonder if, when the new round of betas arrive, if I’ll actually get to install them on my watch and HomePods.

And I hope they address this Android-like battery drain.

I wonder if the beta 4 comes out today. Anyway creating a local encrypted backup as I'm writing this post and will install iOS 17 on my 12pro max tonight. Going to install it via IPSW right away. I usually do the OTA upgrades but going through all your posts I'll rather go clean.

9to5 says it's out. I'm not seeing yet, but not uncommon.

It's there for me

Ok my iPhone has over 14 gb and the new beta says I don’t have enough room. It does not give me the option to let the iPhone uninstall apps to free up space. Anyone having this issue?

Everytime I update or restart my iPhone, I have to go in my widget stacks and reset which widget I'm using. For example, if my Top Widgets has 5 in the list, it reverts to showing nothing. Then I have to press and choose the one I'm using.

That maybe because before now, your company hadn’t set the beta to not be an acceptable version of iOS to run.

Basically it seems server side with your companies IT department, from what I can tell.

Yeah, I think you’re right, now I cannot access Outlook also. And I also received a warning from my client company to downgrade the iOS 16.6 by next week to keep using my account in mobile.

There you go. That just confirms my educated guess.

Someone in your companies IT department probably noticed in the logs that a device using a beta was accessing, and they realised they’d not fully configured the rules, and now have.

Contact them, maybe they’ll add you to the exceptions list. My company did for me.

May I know if you have any idea about the release date of public beta 17.2

You probably meant 17.0 public beta 2, which is developer beta4. This was released on Tuesday this week.
As for public beta 17.2 I assume end of October

Anyone have a problem where the standby screen just stays on all the time, even though there is a sleep focus active? Settings haven’t changed and I’ve done the usual toggle on and off and hard reset?
