Yes. You have to manually turn off beta updates though otherwise you will get 17.1 beta update.
That answers that question. Been Running the public Beta for a a few weeks now.
Although it was refreshing to hear him (correctly) say "farther" instead of "further" during the Apple Watch Ultra intro. 🤓

Don’t see the point of that button for torch or camera as an option. One tap on your screen and it opens those apps from the lock screen?!?
