Betas frequently appear up to 10 minutes past the hour. I implore you (and others) to, please, not post stuff like this 1 or 2 minutes past the hour. It adds nothing and frequently is incorrect.

I still think today is most likely, but however with the reports of heating and other issues, I could see them delaying b1 till next Tuesday and releasing 17.0.3 on Friday or Monday.

Apple today released the first betas of iOS 17.1 and iPadOS 17.1 to developers for testing purposes, with the beta coming one day after the launch of the iOS 17 operating system.

So far only tvOS is OTA available
