Yeah that could very well be the case. No probs. I’ll wait for 17.1.1.They're most likely still identifying weird edge cases specific to the 15 models (new CPUs/GPUs, cameras, and other architectural changes = new problems) which needed a couple of extra builds to straighten out.
Apple Silicon updates always seem to take ages to appear.FWIW I'm seeing it on my 2018 Intel Mac mini but not my M1 MBP
