Thank you. I asked because for some reason I had stuck in my mind that software releases were only on Tuesday and Thursday.

Curious if we see further changes or if the RC2 turns out as the final build.
Probably only the test flight app bug was the reason for the delay.

My wild speculation is that one of two things delayed the release....either they didn't want to take the thunder away from the announcement on Monday, or they needed to get the test flight update out before they released the iOS updates. My bet is on the TestFlight update.

So, if either of those are true, then I am speculating a release today, but honestly, who knows :)
