I think if it wasn't for the holiday I would be 70/30 as well.... But with the holiday being yesterday it gave me a little pause and made me think 50/50 as well.

Yeah, since we’ve got a fresh speculation thread, maybe we can hold off on the “nothing today” posts until at least ten minutes after the top of the hour. They’re so ridiculous.
I believe it will be next week because if they are on a 2 week cycle, this week release would then make it a 4th of July Beta 3 release (or day before, which Apple doesn't like to do). I think next week will be Beta 2 and then the 10th or 11th will be Beta 3...
Most of know betas don’t drop at 10:00am sharp… give it a few more minutes 😁
