Updated to B5 and still no Apple Intelligence option in settings or anywhere else. Did Shutdown and reboot, no joy.

I just noticed something you said: you said you set your location to your city. I’m not sure what setting you are referring to but the location you need to set is not to a city but to the US and the language to US English. See below.

There's two places, but I have done that. The other place is Date & Time. Thanks for taking the time to reply.
