in the UK I know we dont get AI until December, bit the Siri animation is still the old one, I thought 18.1 would bring the new Siri animation for everyone

The new animation is only if you turn Apple Intelligence on.

oh that sucks, so will have to wait until 18.2 :( I knew we didnt get AI yet but but I thought the animation would be there.
All you need to do is change language to US and Siri Language to US you can keep the region set to UK, a part from a few odd spellings e.g color, cellular there's not much difference and you can have AI right now.

Agreed , I'm in France and have everything set to US and it works fine. I just wish Siri was bilingual ;-)
