When using Keyboard Haptics, holding down on the delete key no longer does repeated haptics, but just one for the initial press and then nothing until you let go.

My Image Playground request has been pending for about 1.5 hours now, I am in Canada and connected to wifi.
Yep, I am here in the US, and I've been waiting for 5 hours. So far, the Playground is pretty boring. LOL

The Chat GPT started working after about 4 hours, so at least that is working now. That was higher on my list of things to check out. 👍🏼

Would plugging it in make a difference? Lol it’s been 4 hours since I requested early access for Image Playground and Genmoji.

Cool—Maps now supports more advanced transit features like displaying ETA in route previews and switching bus lines while in active routing.

Mine is still requested to. I wouldn’t think server load would do it, isn’t all this (image creation, writing tools, etc) all done on device but ChatGPT function? Maybe they just haven’t flipped the switch yet lol.

Anyone else notice swiping to close Safari tabs is gone?

Like someone else has stated, it still works, but not as easy as before. I opened four tabs. The first one closed on the first swipe to the left, however, it took multiple attempts to swipe close the remaining three. It was easy to swipe them to the left, but they wouldn’t close as easily as the first one.

Extremely early but seems about the same as 18.1 RC (which I was also using without AI enabled).

Thank you. When I initially installed 18.2, my battery was draining rapidly, but then it settled and is back to normal. note: This was within the first 15 minutes after installation.

Siri appears to be even dumber / lazier / what?

Hey Siri. What are the weather conditions outside?

No sound. No speech. Just a dumb little widget like pop up that tells me very little.
sigh….. This is on the iPad. On the iPhone it flashed and did nada. Working on that issue….
