Edit: Got it. I had to choose alternative default mail app for offload option to appear.

Offloading app didnt help either.

Have the touch sensitivity/input issues been resolved in this RC build, particularly on the 16 Pro Max? Or at least, have there been any noticeable improvements? Can anyone confirm?

So far so good. Doesn't feel any different to Beta 4 (which was good enough already, IMO).

Install took a good bit of time. Image Playground access was instant but download took 5-10 minutes. Not noticing any glaring issues so far.

Is the new Mail app tied to Apple Intelligence?
I'm from Switzerland, so I don't have Apple Intelligence, just updated to 18.2 RC and the Mail looks exactly the same as before...

Yes but coming from betas, not from public releases… I’ll wait just in case it’s still picking up beta 4

The beta > RC is always full size. It does a full install, not an update

Very smooth. Like it. The glitchy bits haven’t shown up yet. Mail seems to be behaving quicker.

Still mail issues. Connecting, downloading, notifications. In US, restarted, deleted/reinstalled accounts and app. Worse now than all previous betas.

This release seems much better than the previous beta. Lag and touch issues seem to be much improved.
