Scrolling in photos, messages, Home Screen, etc has been super stuttery for me since I got the 16pm. Hopefully this fixes that before I downgrade back to a 15pm. This is so fing annoying. Feels like my screen drops to 20hz
I’ve described the dropped frames and stuttering as if low power mode is randomly activated as that is how it behaves when it occurs.

I’d describe it the same. I can’t find a fix it’s driving me nuts.

My 15 pro has the same stuttering issue, it’s not only 16 series

Same on 16 pro and 15 pro. However 18.3.1 feels good so far.
Maybe because of reboot? I seen this message in every iOS version, that phone feels faster after new iOS, but after 1-2 days issue always back and stutters here.

So maybe this just because of reboot.

So still a buggy mess? :(

Don't want to further ruin my experience, so keeping 17.7.2 for another round...

[edit]
...they could at least rollout 17.7.5 for everyone!

Still get the issue when the screen stutters when lighting up from raise to wake or tap to wake.

Guys, problem with stutters I noticed since iOS 16, so I don’t expect that Apple fix this in near future.

I started using iPhone since iOS 16 so I don’t know maybe earlier this was smooth experience without stutters.

But now my iPhone 15 Pro feels like ultra budget android phone.

still havent fixed the photos app where it wont populate people & pets, memories, trips, suggested wallpaper

Mail still broken for me 16pm.

Expected result:

Tap on an email notification
Email goes straight to message

Actual result:

Tap on an email notification
Email goes to inbox instead and freezes for a few seconds

Started on 18.1. No response from Apple with bug reports submitted.

Have you tried any of the following?
- Delete and reinstall Mail app
- Delete and add each mail account
- Disable Mail notifications, reboot and re-enable notifications

Same, utter crap!

And to add to mine, it’s missing out the odd email too so I don’t even know I’ve got some!

Same. A reboot usually clears it up temporarily but it soon returns.

Same old stutters return after 12 hours…..
Noooo. I haven’t had any problems until the 16pm. Weird people are having issues on the older iPhones. Maybe it is ios18. I thought I was a hardware issue with the 16.

I've found a bug. In a group message, any reactions are sent to another group message and when you open that message, it's just blank. And the original group message doesn't show the reactions either.

Yep. I’ve even started from scratch with a factory reset using the ISPW to no avail.

Have you tried a different email provider just to see if this is specific to your account? I'm not experiencing this in any way.

iPad M1, 13Pro and 14, all seem to work fine. On my 13 pro I experienced a tad bit more of battery drain when on 18.3 than on earlier iOS 18 versions, not much difference but a little bit. Hopefully 18.3.1 won't be worse or might restore how it used to be with earlier verisons.
But havin said that, its such a small difference so it could be that I have a slightly different usage pattern, using more cellular than usual.

When reading most posts it seems like its iPhone 15 and above that has issues.

Did y’all notice with 18.3 every once in a while after a week it has like the animation to open as if it was from finder when launched from Home Screen (animation opens from center of screen instead of relative icon position on HS)
