Count me in for any updates to the Calendar app, in particular month view and widgets. Looking for an excuse to stop using Fantastical...
Honestly this is one thing I can’t stand with the iPhone calendar it’s such a simple change, it drives me mad just seeing dots

Plz let me know if the calendar app in monthly view shows events or still just dots, also any way to hide the home bar? Doubt it
I don’t really use the app but you can choose “Details” view now and it shows some text but not much.

Question.. if a device isn’t Apple Intelligence compatible, does it just use the “old” Siri? Or will the backend of the “old” Siri at least be updated? Ie sound better and give better responses.

The only pop-up it shows after install is that you can schedule reminders. 🤷🏼 Maybe other UI features I haven't found yet, but doesn't look like much.

First thing I'll test is whether the Calendar widget still deletes from view any event which is 15 minutes past its start-time, regardless of how long it has left to go.

It worked on one of the first iOS 14 betas and then has been "broken"* ever since. I use Readdle Calendars - the free one. I love that their widget has a title bar which changes colour to match the colour of the calendar whose event is live. (I have lots of calendars to keep things organised.)

* Working as expected, according to one of the rare Feedbacks I had acknowledged.

iOS 18 DB installed on my 15 Pro. I don't see RCS anywhere - and when I try to text a known RCS number it still shows "Text Message - SMS" so it doesn't look like they have activated that yet. Bummer.
There's an image of what it looks like, on Apple's site, the message field says RCS in it, which is something.

Old Siri, as it is now, seemingly.
