Election DAY is Tuesday. No reason something couldn’t come tomorrow (Monday).
Once again he discusses 18.2 and 18.4, but nothing happening with 18.3? I guess .3 will be maintenance releases like the past years - no new features, just bugfixes. It’s always been the case prior the spring release previous years.
Speculation concerning Mac Studio is March though June. Earlier they thought each of the first 3 point releases to 18.0 were adding features, so Siri 2 could have been 18.3 or 18.4. It was Gurman using previous year that assumed the major stuff would be 18.4 not 18.3.

To hit the first week of December are we looking at public beta this week with beta 2 then weekly betas with RC around the 25th?
If 18.2 really does release in the first week of December that means we'll only get around 4 betas and a RC, I can't imagine they will do public beta 1 at the beta 3 stage since then there would only be one public beta and the RC.
So apparently, Gurmans latest prediction for 18.2 release is December 2… That kind of strongly points at b2 today!?

For the last 2 weeks 18.2/15.2 is only AI capable devices. No non-AI, or PB seeds so far. Also rest of the OS’s betas not seeding. So hoping to see more seeding activity today.So apparently, Gurmans latest prediction for 18.2 release is December 2… That kind of strongly points at b2 today!?

The public release of iOS 18.2 will reportedly be happening a little earlier than previously reported.
Not this time I suspect. This one is all about scaling up the deployment, as evidenced by how they are doing (still) the deployment with the first dev beta. Thanksgiving week is in 3 weeks and most of the Apple people are off for the whole week. I don’t think they have time to wait another week for the public betas to start.
This is what I am hoping for... It's really the only issue I am having at the moment... This beta is flawless otherwise for me.
I’m thinking we will get beta 2 today. I think there will be some additions to Image Playground, like the ability to change hairstyles and expressions. Hopefully they fix the crazy eyes thing too.
