This could be the reason iOS 18.4 b1 isn’t out yet.

18.4 is targeting an April release. I would hope now that these vulnerabilities are very public, fixing this just became a priority, so it will not be for beta only. Expect some 18.3.1 or similar to fix these. That said, we could be at a point where the flaws are patched in 18.3.x and not in the 18.4 betas for a couple cycles. It has happened before. Security patches are usually at the end of the beta cycle.

Fixes for vulnerabilities take time, Apple needs understand and test with all models involved before incorporating code changes. It’s not uncommon for it to involve months to a fix.

I don’t think there are normally leaks about betas. Apple has been doing a really good job of stopping leaks.

It’s been often enough the day of release there’s some chatter it’s happening. People like Gurman will hear things. But never a clear a indictor and certainly not make or break.

Exactly there is some leak the day of. With leak as of yet doesn’t look good for today. (There you go negative, watch it come out today. 🤷‍♂️)
