It's usually two weeks after 1st Public Beta, right? We won't start seeing weekly releases until roughly 4-5 weeks before official release.

I think Apple Intelligence previews wont launch until late August / early September at the earliest.
I've guessed that Apple Intelligence preview is just what we seen at WWDC and posted on the web, that the beta of AI doesn't start until after iOS 18.0 is public and we are into the 18.1 or 18.2 betas cycles. Mark Gurman place the Siri 2 seeding with 18.4 in the Jan thru March time frame.

* Apple Intelligence will be available in beta on iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, and iPad and Mac with M1 and later, with Siri and device language set to U.S. English, as part of iOS 18, iPadOS 18, and macOS Sequoia this fall.

I’ve taken this as it will be in the betas leading up to the fall and although iOS 18 is publicly released, it’ll be beta for all users until possibly stable 18.4

The code is already there it’s just not activated so it has me believing they’re preparing to start beta testing these features

i agree that this is what Apple intended at WWDC. That’s why I am more optimistic than some that we will see something sooner than later (for the earlier features, such as Genmoji and the writing assistant).

Because these features are entirely new, that’s why I am thinking that we have a better chance of seeing beta 4 this week.

All bets are off though if Apple’s own testing has yielded subpar results. And that is possible.

That’s what I think they’ll do, I’d imagine these need to be fully beta tested, if they drop it in beta 4 that only gives them about a month to test.

I don’t expect anything until the end of the year, at earliest, maybe not even until next year.

‘Apple plans to debut Apple Intelligence in the iOS 18, iPadOS 18, and macOS Sequoia betas this summer. When Apple Intelligence officially launches to the public this fall, it will be available in a beta capacity. Some of the Apple Intelligence additions might take even longer to launch, with Apple suggesting that "some features, additional languages, and platforms" will be coming over the course of the next year.’

This is from MacRumors and I think it came from Apple?
At least some Apple Intelligence features will HAVE to be ready for the iPhone 16 launch in September to push sales, as I assume it’ll be the center of their marketing efforts. And they’ll have to test those beforehand (even if labeling AI as beta at launch), so I think those features will come in some beta release sooner than later.

Hope for today beta 4, the battery life isn’t that good on 15 PM and also the heat sometimes…
I stopped getting the heating issues as soon as I let my iPhone rest with a kable connected and charging overnight, with all the radios on. I usually turn on Airplane mode when I’m going to sleep and therefore none of the database scrubbing features in the Photos app get time to finish. So, I did leave me iPhone connected and charging for 2-3 nights and now I have a good battery life without any overheating issues. Try it.
