Allow us 3+ multiple alerts on iOS Calendar, just as MacOS Calendar allows:

Home Screen choices:
icons only
icons and widgets

Get rid of App Library

Re-introduce iOS 17 and earlier Photos app

Bring back AirDrop Everyone [without time limit] or re-add Everyone [without time limit]

I’d like to see all the things rolled out to the USA get pushed out to the rest of the world. UK Is still waiting for look around, visual voicemail, Apple Card, the voice to text translation when a call comes it.m, topo maps, Etc etc etc. so many I’ve lost track.

Then if they could fix what they just broke. Widgets, podcasts can’t livestream anymore, email imap tls support dropped for older versions. IMAP not syncing anymore. Music app still not matching the features of the mac version.

Wait, you don't have visual voicemail yet!? That's been out for ... well, since iPhone 1!!! Holy smokes.

i would like to see a feature for icloud drive to un-download files or to always have specific folders always downloaded.

and for photos, the ability to use smart albums and to able see what photos are not in an album and to be able to send photos back to the cloud to save space until you need the photo again.

Add if enough people reported a certain phone number, it can flag that number as a potential spam/scam and warn other people about that.

Such as if 10 people reported the number for “suspicious activity”, you will be notified that this number is likely a scam and not authentic.

I'm pretty happy that now we have RCS, but here are a few:
  • Better security - let us set a different non-appleID or iOS/iPadOS password for the Passwords app, hidden folders, or whatever.
  • Locked rotation per app
  • Option to disable swipe to open camera from the lock screen. I don't want my camera accessible, for any reason, when the phone is locked.
  • iCloud Private Browsing for all apps, not exclusive to Safari and Mail
  • Clipboard

iOS 19
  • Dynamic wallpapers like in Mac OS
  • Changes to the Stocks App. I would love for it to include new tabs that show global currencies, a currency convertor and a way to view my portfolio.
  • Allow old iPhone wallpapers to be downloaded like on the Mac. It would be even better if they were updated to be dynamic.
  • A more detailed transaction history in the Wallet App, similar to Apple Card.
  • Icon redesign for Maps, Contacts, Reminders, Stocks and Weather so that they blend better with the other Dark Mode icons. Also, the dark mode icon for the Weather App should be showing a moon, not a sun.
  • Better understanding of active subscriptions using Apple intelligence.
  • App Library overall or removal
  • Automated Memoji for contact images based on photos

CarPlay
  • Custom wallpaper
  • Dark mode icons
  • Less obtrusive call screen that takes away from maps
  • Widgets
  • Apple Maps favourites that we can manually input and quickly access (4-5 options)

YES! It’s the worst part of iOS, it’s always in the way, and who needs a big ass bright bar to show them how to go back to the home screen when we’ve been swiping up for like 7 years now!?!

Second worst thing I wish they’d let us disable is the slide over feature on the lock screen that opens the camera. It’s dangerous.

I have a Home Button and never heard or read the word Home Bar until just now. Also I always wondered how it works without having a Home Button. 🙈 I saw on pictures there is this line in the lower part of the display and I think that's what you are talking about

But yes it should be hide-able when you know how it's done.

Improved migration process for new phones, especially wired.

Some of us have a lot of data on our phones (430 GB here) and 5+ hours is a long time to go without our phones during the day.

I'd like to see on the Health app the ability to have options about how long to keep data - similar to iMessage options - keep forever, keep 1 year, keep 1 month.

Moving home and lock screen wallpapers. I know it's distracting for some but for my ADHD brain, it's pleasant to have.

Hoping after we get "smart" Siri in 18.4-ish that the focus for 19 is AI APIs available for 3rd party apps. Would be nice to ask Siri what my checking balance with Wells Fargo is or when does my Spotify account renew. Stuff like that.
