Just noticed that it only occurs with the iOS camera app and not happening if you do it another camera app. So it must be a bug

Ok, this is considerably bigger deal than folder icons.
I’m not seeing it though? I’d share a photo but it’s too big for MR apparently.

Maybe it’s because I have an iPhone 15 Pro. Dunno. It’s very hit or miss through the whole system. Some app pages have the blur and then some don’t.
This probably has been mentioned before, but I still can't change the light colors in Home App. I cant select the colors, doesn't do anything.
Also, does anyone have any idea why the system data takes so long to calculate? I dont have much on my laptop, (2TB). but something is eating away the free space. I basically have 1TB of System Data that I cant locate what is being used for all that space. Any advice or help will be appreciated. I dont know if this is a bug with macOS 26.1 Beta 3. I first thought it was a dropbox issue, but I got rid of that. Then I thought it was an iCloud Drive issue. But turned that off. So I have no idea what it is happening. Appreciate the help!

I will try uploading an image , it’s saying it is too big file. I have iPhone 17 pro max, and this was not happening for sure in previous betas. Not sure but can post, will try with a screenshot

Is anyone having keyboard problems? On iPad and beta 3, the on-screen keyboard won’t open most of the time, and if it does, it is so sluggish it can’t be used. It doesn’t respond. Reboots don’t help. Swipe up from the bottom to go to the home screen or task switcher isn’t working most of the time either. The iPad is basic unusable like this.
26.1 beta 2 was the smoothest of any of the 26 beta releases yet for me, and now beta 3 is the buggiest beta I think I've ever installed.

Beta 3 is running pretty well on my 17 Pro. CarPlay works well for me, both wireless and wired. Performance is smooth. Battery life is better than beta 2 so far. No issues with app icon redraws or folder redraws. No resprings or other glitches, so far.

M4 iPad Pro 11", cannot reproduce. What iPad are you using? Is it specific to any apps or just overall and always?
It’s very un-Apple, it doesn’t feel luxurious or delightful or magical. Some like to see a verbose boot sequence too, but that’s because we’re nerds 😛
If something like this needs to be done, it should have an animation or a transition of some sort to obfuscate it

Doubtful. The public beta is just the dev preview after it's had an hour/day/week to settle in and see what kind of flags it raises. I don't ever recall a public beta ever being different from the dev preview upon which it's based.
M2 iPad Pro 11”
It seems like it’s all apps. I use Safari a lot, and Safari is unusable. Keyboard also not working in Reminders, Notes, Mail. Some third party apps are also completely broken because of it. My bank app seems to break as soon as there is a text box requiring input and the keyboard doesn’t trigger. The whole app just freezes at that point and looks visually off. It worked fine on beta 2.
The curser is blinking in the text box for input, but the on-screen keyboard doesn’t show. I think if I had an external keyboard connected it might work, but I don’t. The whole system freezes up at this point, and you can’t swipe up from the bottom to change apps or force quit. It happens again after a reboot.
Maybe it is not affecting all devices. In my case at least, I usually do a lot of photos with my iPhone and this happened just after this last iOS 26.1 beta 3 was installed.

Can you try completely uninstalling any third party keyboards, if you have any? And if you don't, trying to add/remove some keyboard layout in the settings, or clearing the keyboard cache?
I don't have any third party keyboards installed. I added some layouts and that didn't fix it. Are you talking about "reset keyboard dictionary?"
I've now tried it with an external bluetooth keyboard and via Universal Control from my Mac, and it works fine. The third-party apps work normally too with the external keyboard. So its just the on-screen keyboard.
