This one is very annoying. I had to turn on App Library in dock because I couldn’t stand this visual glitch.

I done a complete restart setup as new on my iPad Pro m4 and didn’t do iCloud backup and I have so many ui lags, it’s not running 120hz smooth
Yeah it downloaded in less than a minute and it’s taking forever to “prepare”. What is it doing??
does it maybe have something to do with an ad/content blocker? if you have one, try turning it off and seeing if it goes away or if a "pop up" is stuck.
Try it and you let the only other person that uses that crap application know if it works or not. BTW Its not the iOS version that is broken so unless AD had an update that miraculously started working after all this time then the answer would be yes, its still broken.

Nope! This started on the beta before this last one from today's RC. I guess beta 2 since there was only 3 and then the RC. I have yet to be able to test this in my car.. That'll be in the next hour or so.
When I open Settings > General, the Local Capture submenu immediately disappears. Anyone else? 17 Pro Max here.
I’m having an issue with the Phone app. When I open it, it displays the block sign for phone numbers I’ve previously blocked, but it quickly disappears. However, I can still see that the numbers are blocked when I check. I’ve reported this issue in the feedback section.
Same here on 17PM, 15PM, 14P and M5 iPad Pro.
Got a new bug with App icons rearranging themselves.
On the last page of the Home Screen I’ve got, in iPad landscape:
Five app icons in a continuous row from the top left.
The second row is empty.
On the third row I’ve got two app icons right-aligned.
On the fourth and final row I’ve got two app icons almost right-aligned, just one empty icon space to the right of them.
There’s no widgets on this page. I’ve had one icon migrate itself from the fourth row to join the first. After correcting, later I had all the icons from the third and fourth rows join themselves to the first overflowing into the second.
On the last page of the Home Screen I’ve got, in iPad landscape:

My iPad also rearranged icons after updating from 26.1 to 26.2 RC. Anything with a blank space shifted. My second page, top row, was blank - folder - folder - folder - folder - blank. Everything shifted left, removing that first blank space.
An iPadOS Safari UI bug I’ve seen since late 26.0 betas persists.
If you open a Reading List tab (white background website is best with OS Dark Appearance), tap away to another tab and then back to the Reading List tab, the contrasting dark tab bar background disappears making the tab titles nearly impossible to read unless you scroll the webpage so a dark part is underneath.
Even with a dark background site, the Reading List title/url text clashes.

Still an issue! My head unit rebooted 3 times on the 5 minute drive just now. I rebooted. We’ll see if that helps for my drive home…
