I have the same issue. It was working fine in iOS 26 Beta 1, but after upgrading to Beta 2, the Watch app crashes and I can't access it at all. At the same time, after I upgraded my Apple Watch to watchOS 26 Beta 2, the Clock app for watch faces also keeps crashing and restarting. I only paired one Apple Watch Hermes Series 10.
It seems the watch issues are more common in folks with Series 9, 10 or Ultra 2. Could it be related to the updated instruction set for those models?

Then it seems like the Hermés models are the „issue“. I have a Hermés Ultra 2 and a normal Ultra 2 paired….

Watch app working for you ok?
Yes. Watch app seems ok too. Original AW Ultra here.

Something i did notice though: started both iOS and watchOS downloads, then had to leave home. Figured iOS would finish and I would have to wait until i got home (to WiFi) to update the watch. About 30 minutes later, i look at the watch and it is updating. So, it looks like watchOS updates will download and install over cellular now. (I had over 50% battery, so i don’t know if that is still a dumb limit or not.)

Am I crazy, or are the folders on the left side of the screen slightly bigger than the folders on the right side of the screen?

There is something wrong with notification sounds , like I just got a messsge from my sister and it was silent and replying back was silent also

Anyone else having this issues with sounds ? Silent for no reason ? Calls alerts etc etc ? And sometimes it works ?

It's a shame they're starting to frost the glass already. I understand why from a design perspective, it's a bit of a necessity, but the more see-through glass was kinda fun to play with lol.
yea, frosting the glass feels like going back to iOS 18..?
But at least it's better than beta 1, I can't suggest a better way of doing so, so I'm not complaining

There is also a bug where calls go right into voice mail for no reason , like the phone is off no missed calls no nada

Yup. It’s a fun idea, and looks beautiful, but it’s not very practical and idk any other way around fixing it. And I think we’re just gonna keep pulling back until there’s almost no glass left lol. Which is such a shame!

Update: Auto switching between the watches works, as soon as I have connected the „standard“ U2, the Watch app opens fine
Wow that’s interesting, I also have an Hermes s10 and having the Watch app crashing on the phone and the Hermes radial watch face that I normally use crashing on the watch and refreshing, something I never saw in beta 1.

Now I’m seeing the Hermes watch battery life tank within hours and currently having placed my watch on charger for the last hour, it’s still showing low battery. I think the watch is not doing great in this beta and may not be usable.

I know it’s a beta, but any chance Apple stores help with this if watch is under warranty?

I was able to move the widgets to the top by slowly dragging it up.

Make sure depth effects is turned off. Then you should be able to drag widgets back up

Thanks, it kind of works. I can put the widgets up and they stay, but when i go to customize again, they're back at the botton. It's better than before, but still not 100% satisfying. But still a beta.

The system automatically darkens the background, so all the elements that are on a higher level are undoubtedly more readable and easier to distinguish. I think that we can do better, though.
