watch app changes ?

Can anyone else with a Hotmail/Outlook account confirm that emails being marked as read or deleted in the Mail app are having these changes actually reflected on the server/in Outlook and are not just confined to the Mail app?
This does not appear to be happening with Gmail or other accounts.

I’m on Beta 6 still.

For my hotmail.com account I’ve just marked 2 emails as read in Mail.app. I’ve also just deleted another email. Afterwards I’ve logged into Outlook.com in Safari and the emails marked as read are showing as having been read, and the one I deleted is in the deleted folder.

I don’t often log in to Outlook.com. But I can’t say I’ve seen any issues even from Beta 1 with changes made in iOS 26 Mail.app being reflected in the Mail.app on my iOS 18 devices (and vice versa).

Thank you SO much for checking this, really weird stuff. I’m going to delete and re-add the account to see if that does anything.

Icons still repopulating when quickly scrolling through homepages, using the slider. 16pro.
I’ve been complaining about this on my M4 iPad Pro. It began with the first beta I installed on it which was beta 2. Still present in this release, swipe between pages and everything has to refill or repopulate, as you mentioned. Some of this is evident on my 16 Pro Max on 18.6 as well, mainly in Safari, but not when swiping between Home Screens. That is really bad on the iPad.

The animations are pretty fast. Safari scrolling doesn’t feel like 120hz and the keyboard lags when you type fast still. 16pm b7

The funny thing is, I don’t have this problem on my M1 iPad Pro on iOS 26. Just my 16pro. It’s really annoying.

The way, the glassy outline pops in after the app closing animation, is driving me mad!
That cannot be the way it’s supposed to look! With folders, the way the outline is animated on closure is different, it does not pop at all!

But with normal app icons, it just looks cheap. I cannot unsee it, even in light mode, the outline just pops in after the closing animation is compete.
Feedback provided already with b5 and b6, seems no one cares thou.
This has been annoying me since Beta 1

Tried force restarting?
I did.

In addition to all the minor regressions I've spotted in beta 7, the keyboard is lagging for me when typing in beta 7 and it wasn't on beta 6 at all. I already tried hard restart, hope it's the indexing being weird, altho in beta 6 i had no such issues even while it was indexing...

This is shocking the keyboard lag in iOS 18 with 16 pro max drives me crazy; to hear it’s the same in iOS 26 means maybe it’s the phone issue or apple haven’t bothered to fix it

Another issue I'm having, some apps are getting stuck in updating with no way of stopping the update, also didn't happen in beta 6.

I can't even delete the apps, let alone use them, they're just stuck in limbo...

Ugh, I should've stayed in beta 6.

saturation bug on Home Screen when you edit lock screen. Have to go to a different lock screen wallpaper and go back for it to fix. Was like this in beta 6 as well. Reporting in feedback.
I have this exact issue that arose in beta 6. Have also reported. Interestingly, a way to fix it is to enable Always On Display. I’ve also noticed that whenever I edit a lock screen image, the clock defaults to full size on the screen and it never saves when I enable depth effect.

Update - deleting and re-adding the account did the trick. Not sure what that was all about since it was working fine while still on iOS 18, but at least it’s all sorted now!
That’s one less major headache I’ve had since jumping on the beta! It’s practically perfect now as far as I’m concerned. Just want the general stability we’d get from an RC and I’m set.

I’m just excited to see if the new blood oxygen workaround is implemented
My phone is running DP7; my watch is on watchOS 11.6.1. The new way of the blood oxygen applet is working as Apple said it would. Run the diagnostic on the watch and see the results in the Health app on the phone. I have pinned the Blood Oxygen setting to the Home Screen in the Health app. Had to dig for it the first time that I tried it.
