I'm going for the week of February 9th for public release as the new Home architecture is mandatory from February 10th.

I don't think it will be that late, historical reasoning, public releases:

18.3 - Jan 27
17.3 - Jan 22

Both though had 3 betas and a RC
 
Not sure if I want a beta over the holidays… well, let‘s see. First I‘ll read all you have to say about this version. Guess in the first beta nothing new?
