I would usually say only if the public beta is released on the same day as the dev beta. Since this heuristic won’t apply this time around (given the dev beta is already being released late in the day so the same day release is impossible) it is a coin toss whether you are right or not.As Beta 3 is out now I think RC next week and we are about 2 weeks away from public release.
Its already leaked that this is the caseI’m starting to think we won’t see the first 26.4 beta until the second half of February.
Would match to last year. 18.4 Beta 1 was released 21.02.2025.I’m starting to think we won’t see the first 26.4 beta until the second half of February.
26.4 beta 1 is rumored to be released in the second half of February:I’m starting to think we could be seeing 26.4 beta tomorrow. Or Wednesday.
Then this is just gonna be my rumor.26.4 beta 1 is rumored to be released in the second half of February:

Here's When Apple Plans to Unveil a New Siri Powered by Google Gemini
Apple plans to unveil a more personalized version of Siri powered by Google Gemini next month, according to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman. "The company has been planning an announcement of the new Siri in the second half of February, when it will give demonstrations of the functionality," he wrote, in...www.macrumors.com
Also think so. And I am not even sure if we already see the new Siri/Gemini with 26.4 B1 already or in later betas.26.4 beta 1 is rumored to be released in the second half of February:

That seems to be the plan. Announcement/demo on 2/16 and developer beta that day or next?I’m starting to think we won’t see the first 26.4 beta until the second half of February.
Yeah, I think you’re right. 👍🏻Think we still will have some weeks with IOS 26.3
Wouldn’t expect iOS 26.4 B1 before mid of February.
Yeah, I’m thinking it may go as follows:That seems to be the plan. Announcement/demo on 2/16 and developer beta that day or next?
Based on the fact that the public beta came a day later than the dev one this week, I fear we are getting another beta next week and (if dev and public are on the same day) RC the week after.Yeah, I’m thinking it may go as follows:
- 26.3 RC Beta next week (February 2-6)
- 26.3 Public release (February 9-13)
- 26.4 Developer Beta 1 (February 16-20)
That seems to match the reports of the new Siri landing mid February. 👍🏻
I would agree. Seems that Apple just stopped signing the recently released updates for older phones (pre-iOS 26), and I find it hard to believe they'd release a 'point.point' update if they're planning to release iOS 26.3 next week. I'd assume that 26.3 would be released maybe Feb 9Based on the fact that the public beta came a day later than the dev one this week, I fear we are getting another beta next week and (if dev and public are on the same day) RC the week after.
For the last several years, this pattern has not been broken with .X updates and the only reason I am not more certain about this round is that the dev beta was released later in the day than usual (due to 26.2.1), so it might be an anomaly. No beta last week also matches us still being on a 2 week beta schedule, making a RC next week even more unlikely. I do hope I am wrong though.
