I think last.fm may be designed to work this way, but it is annoying. I remember not being able to pause music on the website and you could only go forward a track. I wish they would allow both of these things.

I'm glad last.fm updated already. I guess they aren't as slow as we thought they might be.

Actually I think that is a bug. I think pausing should stop the current station even if it can't technically pause it and hitting play again should re-play that station, even if it starts over with an entirely new song. That is what would happen in the web version. The fact that it switches back to iPod songs after pausing it is definitely not the correct behavior.

Happy to report for any of you Sirius/XM fans that their app is now iOS4 compatible with multitasking.
